Basics of the meal
Prior to the meal, participants are given a cryptic list of characteristics of good meal components. All parts of the meal are placed in paperbags which are coded to describe their component. At each station in the line, participants are offered a choice of two components and must choose to accept one.
We would probably need non-edible components for the second item. Once everyone was done eating, those who had non-edible components could try again.
