Current Entry: Do Or Die(t) Dinner
Another experiment in outdoor cooking at Winter Camp, the Do Or Die(t) Dinner was dubbed "The Ultimate Scouting Meal" by Ethan Rein in the Winter Camp XXVI News. Campers prepared individual foil pack dinners of chunked beef, carrots, potatoes, and onions at Beaver Creek, then took them to the BC firebowl, where a crew of five advisers had built a fire and assisted in cooking the packages. The actual eating was done uphill at the Beaver Creek Skills Center.
