Current Entry: Cajun Lunch
This meal was planned for Day Two of Winter Camp XXVI, but was delayed until Day Three when the wild game shipped from southwestern Michigan for the meal failed to arrive at camp on time. When the meal was served, campers feasted on jambalaya augmented with a smorgasbord of meats: raccoon, opossum, muskrat, and Canada goose jerky. These unfamiliar meats may or may not have contributed to the gastric distress subsequently suffered by multiple campers after this meal.
