Lunch on Day Four of Winter Camp XXXIII bore this theme, which was a combination of two earlier themes. The meal was delayed for 30 minutes as campers waited for the conclusion of a giant Jenga game involving Roger Horn, Jeff Rand, and Joe Salliotte. The game was in progress when noon rolled around, and so it was decided to let the players finish before serving. Big error. The players did their best to keep the tower growing, despite the repeated chants of "Lunch! Lunch! Lunch!" from an increasingly famished crowd. Primary delayer Jeff Rand, whose precision in moving blocks might have been admirable had it not caused so many to go without food, commented at one point that he was hungry, though it could not be escaped that this was largely his own fault. At level 32, the wishes of the masses were granted, and there was much cheering when the tower wobbled once or twice and then collapsed.
