Winter Camp XXIX was held December 27-31, 2005. There were a total of 32 attendees, 19 of whom were youth. The youth leader was Ethan Rein and the adviser was Douglas Wilson.
The catchphrase for the year was "Eighty Days is Too Many" because The Theme for Winter Camp XXIX was $quot;Around the world in a weekette$quot;, shortcutting Phileas Fogg by about 75 days. Activities and meals through the weekette traced an eastward path around the globe, and a number of new meals were prepared and served.
The event scored 209 on the Winter Camp Evaluation system.
