Current Entry: Upside-Down Cake
A delicious cake which is cooked with fruit on the bottom and usually yellow cake on the top. When it's time to serve, the cake is inverted and the fruit is on top. This one is pineapple but there are many tasty choices. This recipe has been part of a few meals. Collectively, those themes have been served at 5 Winter Camps. The first time it was served was at Winter Camp IV and the last time was at Winter Camp XXV.
