Winter Camp II was held December 27-30, 1978. There were a total of 12 attendees, 11 of whom were youth. The youth leader was Michael Osvath and the adviser was Douglas Wilson.
The catchphrase for the year was "Beginning of Eternity" because It was with Winter Camp II that the event was established as an annual affair. Moreover, many of Winter Camp's most beloved traditions may be traced to the second installment.
