This came from a suggestion by Michaela King that we consider having "inside-out s'mores" on the menu for Winter Camp XLII. Winter Campers at the planning meeting embraced the idea and the inside out snack was born. The other food item was popcorn, where the seeds are popped and the insides become the outside. The Koreshan reference comes from the same religious group which inspired the leadership titles at Winter Camp VIII. The inside-out s'mores used giant marshmallows which were procured from Amazon prior to camp.
The inside-out s'mores were tasty but created quite a mess-they were immediately nominated to be the historical dish for Winter Camp XLII. (SD)
