Ethan Rein first attended Winter Camp in 2001 and attended continuously until 2021; he has attended 21 so far. Ethan became an Eagle Scout in 1999 as a member of Troop 1147. Members of the Lodge recognized his service with the Vigil Honor in 2002. His Vigil name is Mauwikhattoak Allawin Gokhu which means Winter Camper who hunts snowy owl.
Ethan was a member of the first graduating class of the College of Winter Camping.
