Jeffrey Rand first attended Winter Camp in 1977 and attended continuously until 2021; he has attended 45 so far. Members of the Lodge recognized his service with the Vigil Honor in 1974. His Vigil name is Machelemuxit Tschitanessoagan which means Honored one who has authority. Jeffrey has been to every Winter Camp. Jeffrey is one of the pioneers of Winter Camp.
Once known as the Godfather of South Parks Chapter, Jeff made a living as a professional Scouter. Jeff is the Father of Winter Camp.
