Winter Camp XXXIII was held December 27-31, 2009. There were a total of 29 attendees, 15 of whom were youth. The youth leader was Gabriel Church and the adviser was Keith King.
The catchphrase for the year was "Bigger than big barrage of balls" because $quot;GIANT!$quot; was the them of Winter Camp XXXIII, and sought to enlarge traditional Winter Cap events. The weekette featured a number of events using multiple playground balls.
