Current Entry: Winter Camp Survival Exercise
Part of the Independence Hike at Winter Camp XXVIII was a mental challenge, conducted at Hilltop cabin. The Four Families were challenged with a survival scenario and asked, in four rounds, to devise a strategy to travel 100 miles through difficult terrain. Camp elders evaluated each round of proposals and set the new challenge for each family's next turn. No family successfully completed the journey; the Carson family made it further than all the rest by traveling 34 miles.
