Jeff Rand engineered this wide game as part of the Pirates of Brownsea Island theme of Winter Camp XXX. Two teams of Campers were blindfolded and driven to Wilder Road on the eastern edge of camp, where they were directed to follow a complicated string path for approximately two miles through the backwoods of D-A. Paul Nieten unintentionally enlivened the event by carrying a portable GPS device that tracked his team's position. The paths ended at the Ordeal site, where the Brownsea Island Games were held.
