This Winter Camp XVI game saw youth campers' knowledge of Scouting and of Winter Camp tested as they faced off in a simulation of the popular game show. Jeff Rand and Mark Bollman--> provided the questions, and Steve Donohue designed the lockout buzzer circuit after several others had failed in their attempts. Perhaps the most memorable thing about this event was the stupidity of some contestants, particularly Brian Bumgardner whose ridiculous questions (including "What are pterodactyls?" in response to the answer "These carnivorous birds appeared at Winter Camp I.") finally prompted Jeff (as Alex Trebek) to refer to him as "Stupid" for the remainder of the game. Lou Pezet took top honors with a score of $350.
The Jeopardy! format returned to camp at Winter Camp XLII with the Geography Bee.
