This meal capped off Canada Day at Winter Camp XXII. The main dish, tortsierre, was prepared from an improvised recipe-while all of the necessary food was on hand, no directions were available. No one objected. Also served was "Canadian Treasure Cake", a white cake shaped like the Montreal Forum within which three Canadian nickels were baked. Tim Hunt, John Howey, and Steve Harig found the nickels and were rewarded with Erector sets provided by Ron Donohue.
