Current Entry: Planning Meeting
Since Winter Camp IV, Winter Camp has usually been planned on the day after Thanksgiving. In a single marathon session, ideas are proposed and voted in or out, assignments are made for event coordination, and the various leadership roles are filled. A collection of traditions related to planning and the rules by which the meeting is conducted were formalized in 1995 as Wilson's Rules of Order. The customs were slightly modified in 1998 when conversation on The Wall and advance planning led to a pre-planning meeting in October.
