Pirates of Brownsea Island was selected as the theme for Winter Camp XXX at the planning meeting. This combination theme took a revival of the Pirate theme that had been successful at Winter Camp XVIII and modified it to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Scouting to be celebrated in 2007.
