The youth at Winter Camp XXIII were transported to the first Winter Camp year by Jeff Rand. Ceremonies Day saw Jeff quizzing them on their knowledge of world affairs in 1977. Teams took on names of 70's-era rock bands, and Pink Floyd won out over Kiss, Aerosmith, and Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band.
