Encyclopedia WinterCampica - Hungarian Breakfast

Served at Winter Camp III, this meal is rooted in Mike Osvath's ethnic heritage. The most famous dish served was "sulena", which has also been called "sulangeana"-this seems more a pronunciation dispute than an ethnic issue. Loosely translated in the Winter Camp mode, this dish is better known as "greasy bread". Mike prepared a batch for the Winter Camp XX Reunion banquet, where the colloquial description still fit. A batch prepared for the 162-Dish Banquet brought the description and the dish to a new generation of Winter Campers.
