Diners at Winter Camp XIII exhibited a rare showing of manners at this one-time meal. Etiquette was rewarded with a menu of Appetizers, Chef's Soup, Mostaccioli, tossed Garden Salad, Roast Beef au jus, twice-baked potatoes, &uot;vegetable of the day&uot;, homemade breads, Baked Alaska, and milk. Roger Horn served as the manners adviser, enlightening campers on the finer points of ignoring the wait staff. The meal was served on the Winter Camp China, which had to be hastily washed between courses. (SD)
