Winter Camp XXXI was held December 27-31, 2007. There were a total of 28 attendees, 14 of whom were youth. The youth leader was Shaun Range and the adviser was Steve Donohue.
The catchphrase for the year was "Veni, vidi, castri" because Which, being translated from Latin is $quot;I came, I saw, I camped$quot; and thus an appropriate slogan for the Ancient Roman theme of Winter Camp XXXI.
