Winter Camp XII was held December 27-31, 1988. There were a total of 21 attendees, 11 of whom were youth. The youth leader was Rodger Lee Gardy and the adviser was Steve Donohue.
The catchphrase for the year was "Six people, six cars. Six full cars." because The December 26 setup crew comprised six people each of whom drove to camp without any room for other passengers. As has been recorded in the official history of Winter Camp XII, one driver had to navigate to camp while balancing milk jugs on his lap.
The event scored 249 on the Winter Camp Evaluation system.
