A slightly salty cut of pork which is served after being roasted in the oven. Often accompanied with mustard. This recipe has been part of several themes. Collectively, those themes have been served at 7 Winter Camps. The first time it was served was at Winter Camp IV and the last time was at Winter Camp XXV. It has been served 8 times over the years.
