Encyclopedia WinterCampica - Epic Anniversary Dinner
Winter Camp XL saw campers and guests gather at the Trout Lake building on Day Four to celebrate 40 years of Winter Camp. Dinner took on the adjective "Epic" as it was held on Day Four, when everything was brought to campers by the letter "E". The menu was a collection of heavy hors d'oeuvres and Winter Camp's traditional sherbet punch. The dinner was attended by 5 of the 6 Winter Camp I participants and 8 of the 12 Winter Camp II Arrowmen, as well as nearly 40 other campers past and present. The Future Society-funded souvenir item at Winter Camp XL was a blue gym bag bearing the Winter Camp logo and the legend "Winter Camp XL"; this was only one among several free souvenirs presented that year. See Table 17 for a complete list.
