Vigil Member David Milon, Jr. first attended Winter Camp in 1985 and attended sporadically until 2019; he attended 21. David called Troop 842 home. In 1988, the members of the Lodge gave him the name Ahoewli Tschitanitehen which means Willful One Who Perseveres.
Dave is the Presdent and CEO of the GWO.
