AKA: Howard the Duck, That Red Haired Duck
Vigil Member Howard Hammes first attended Winter Camp in 1984 and attended sporadically until 2001; he attended 3. Howard called Troop 1721 home. In 1979, the members of the Lodge gave him the name which means That Red headed duck.
Howard's career as a tri-athlete has been well-documented in several newspapers. To date, he has still not won a race.
