An event whose Origins are ascribed to the Iroquois Indians, Snow Snake launched Winter Camp XXVI as campers tossed broomsticks for distance along Beaver Road in from of Clearwater cabin. The competition was one-on-one, with the winner of an individual round required to retrieve both sticks. Dave Milon took top honors among adults, while Rob Noble bested all other youth.
