At Winter Camp XXXI, Beaver Creek subcamp was seized by Winter Campers and claimed for Rome. A sign posted on Day One at the main entrance into BC on Ranch Road bore the Latin legend "Roma DCVI Progredi" (Rome: 606 Steps).
