Combined with Ceremonies Day at Winter Camp XXIII, this theme saw youth members and advisers reverse roles in a variety of areas. Members under 21 were called "advisers" and those over 21 were called "youth" for the day's duration. In addition, several members of the over-21 crowd aimed to impersonate specific youth members.
