Voted #1 in the most memorable Winter Camp event poll at Winter Camp XIII, the Railroad Hike dates back to Winter Camp I. It remains one of few Winter Camp events to leave the boundaries of D-A, as the six founding Winter Campers traced the path of an abandoned railroad near camp. The hike turned into a narrow escape from a search party.
