A tribute to Harold Oatley, this is the only Winter Camp meal where Scout uniforms are currently customary. Uniforms were required for certain past banquet themes, and were worn at the 25th Anniversary Banquet, but special costuming has largely replaced them. The menu is a low-sugar, high-nutrient bill of fare generally including Oatmeal, Grapefruit Juice, cold milk, and plain Doughnuts.
