After several years of trying, Mark Bollman--> was assigned matchbook collecting at the Winter Camp XXVII Hobby Draw. As part of his collection, he arranged for the manufacture of commemorative matchbooks for Winter Camp XXVIII. The matchbooks were royal blue and bore a snowflake with the legend "Winter Camp XXVIII/December 27-31, 2004". A book was placed in the 5-year Time Capsule that year to see if they would light in 2009. They did.
