After 362 days of speculation on who exactly was responsible for the Winter Camp XI newspaper a new publisher has been named. Michael Jon Osvath, most noted for his imitation of a wretch, has replaced Jeff Rand as the head adult adviser for the tabloid. Though no details of the contract between Osvath and Minister of Information Dave Milon were announced, it is expected that Mr. Osvath will stay on as publisher for at least the next issue. The readers of this paper will be happy to know that though there has been a change in publisher, Pulitzer Surprise-winning editor Lee Gardy has agreed to stay on as managing editor. During a conversation with Mr. Gardy, this reporter discovered that despite the change in publisher, no changes in the fine yellow-journalistic style of the paper will take place.
