Stone Sink

| The Story | The 100 dish banquet gave rise to many stories and this is one of the most told. Following the dinner, the sink was stacked high with dirty pots and pans. Bob Stone rolled up his sleeves and washed every pot and pan despite being the oldest camper in attendance. Mr. Stone was not a very tall man and it is likely that at the start, the dishes may have been stacked over his head in the sink. The story was so famous that someone suggested the "Anti-Stone Sink Meal" with the idea that there be no dirty dishes afterwards It wasn't until Winter Camp XX that we actually tried it. |
