- The leaders of Winter Camp have enacted a series of bizarre and oppressive rules to beat down their citizens. Of course, anytime there are dictators there are those who strive to overthrow them and their terrible rules; enter the teams, each of which has their own revolutionary platform.
- Why do you think this would be a good/fun theme for Winter Camp?
- Over-throwlng dictators and their ridiculous edicts is always entertaining.
- What activities do you think would be part of this theme?
- Anything bureaucratic, maybe some trials and lawuites about unfair rules.

- Bureaucratic lunch, dictatotr's favorite, caste breakfast.
