| Basics | Have a race that works like the old quiz:"What walks first on four, then on two and last on three?" Those who race must first crawl, then walk, then use a crutch or cane to move. |
| Variations: | It could be done in teams and each team could have one who did each kind of race.It could be done so that all ran, but the best time for each team was the one that counts (so if two take more time than the third, the team gets the score for the third). |
