Any Arrowman who has attended three or more Winter Camps is entitled to join.
- Financial Commitment
Members of the Society will be organized into classes for every 5 years of camp; membership is granted simply be declaring you would like to help fund the activities for that class. Henceforth, commitments will be made for a minimum of five years and may be made for every fifth Winter Camp. When the class arrives, members will pay an equal share of costs for special events.
The Society will elect a secretary and a treasurer to serve for a period of ten years, with elections held at every tenth Winter Camp. The secretary will maintain the written records, minutes, and correspondence of the Society. The treasurer will collect and deposit the Society's funds and maintain the appropriate records. The Society will elect no permanent chairman, but may select a moderator during its meetings.
The Society will meet annually during Winter Camp, provided someone is awake. In the event of excessive fatigue (a common problem) the meeting will be held in the first two weeks of January using a teleconferencing solution.
These bylaws may be amended by majority vote during any annual meeting of the Society. In the event the Society fails to meet for several years, changes may be made and approved via email <g>
